21 Years of celebration!

If you had told me when I was 5 that my little sister and I would be as close as we are, I would have never believed you. She still wore diapers, stole my toys, and took the attention away from me. Now that she turns 21 today, not a lot has changed. She no longer wears diapers, but she still sometimes steals my stuff, and she most certainly takes the attention away from me, but that's why I love her.

My sister is funny, loud, and full of energy. She is caring, thoughtful, and full of love. She can be your best friend and your worst enemy. She knows how to butt into a conversation and pretend like she was invited. She is the best person to shop with and the worst person to cook for. She loves to travel, but hates saying goodbye. She loves taking pictures of herself and really loves pickles. She has a soft spot in her heart for fat orange cats and she cries when she reads Nicholas Sparks. These are by far only a few of the unique characteristics of a girl I have spent 21 years trying to get to know.

Since I cannot spend her birthday with her this year, I thought a photo montage of the past few years would be awesome. We have ridiculously cute pictures of us growing up, but unfortunately those are in Florida and I only had access to the pictures on my computer.

She is my sister and better yet a life long friend. We have shared countless laughs, fights, and trips to the ER. We have traveled the country, dressed up in ridiculous Halloween costumes, and shared memories that will last forever. To celebrating 21 years of total awesomeness. Happy Birthday and be responsible tonight!
