This week flew by! Thankfully, I had some extra time one night and I made this delicious Honey Beer Bread to accompany some beef stroganoff!



The recipe was really really easy and my bread came out fabulous! I had a spare bottle of Blue Moon in my fridge and it gave the bread a hint of citrus flavor, but it was not overwhelming. I am going to use this recipe over and over again because it made an entire loaf of bread with very few ingredients and it took about an hour to put together and bake.
